Return Period and Conditions
You can return a product within 30 days of purchase. Please contact a member of our team before returning any product to obtain a return number and address, as we cannot process returns without prior authorization. Ensure the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Change of Mind
If you change your mind about your purchase, we are happy to accommodate a refund, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition. However, if the product has already been dispatched, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damaged or Faulty Product
If the product you receive is damaged, faulty, or not fit for its intended purpose, we will issue a full refund. To help us improve in the future, please send us photos of the damaged item along with your name and invoice number so we can ensure it doesn't happen again. We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or faulty items.

Product Exchange
If you wish to exchange the product for a different colour or style, we are happy to assist, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition. Please note that size exchanges may not be possible due to price differences, but alternative arrangements can be discussed.
