This warranty covers any defects or malfunctions of the brush that occur due to manufacturing faults or material defects. The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from misuse, improper handling, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
2. Eligibility
Customers must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice) showing the date of purchase to qualify for warranty coverage. The warranty applies only to brushes purchased directly from our official website or authorized retailers and distributors in Australia. If the product was purchased from a store or distributor outside Australia, please contact the respective store or distributor for this matter.
3. Warranty Claims
If the brush becomes defective within the warranty period and the issue is determined to be due to manufacturing or material defects, we will repair or replace the brush at no additional cost to the customer.
4. Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
- Damage caused by using the product for purposes other than its intended use.
- Brushes that have been altered, repaired, or modified by unauthorized personnel.
5. How to Claim

- If required, send the brush to our designated service center for evaluation. The shipping cost for sending the brush to us will be borne by the customer, while the return shipping will be covered by us if the claim is approved.

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective brush. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product.
