The warranty applies only to brushes purchased directly from our official website or authorized retailers and distributors in Australia. If the product was purchased from a store or distributor outside Australia, please contact the respective store or distributor for this matter.
3. Warranty Claims
If the brush becomes defective within the warranty period and the issue is determined to be due to manufacturing or material defects, we will repair or replace the brush at no additional cost to the customer.
4. Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:

If required, send the brush to our designated service center for evaluation. The shipping cost for sending the brush to us will be borne by the customer, while the return shipping will be covered by us if the claim is approved.
