14.4 If the client purchased a Refuresh product based on a Refuresh team member's recommendation and finds the product doesn't really work or perform badly, we will buy back the product and cover all shipping costs or replace the product with the right product for their pet at our cost.
14.5 If the client received any damaged product, we will ask them to ship it back at our cost, and either send them a new replacement or refund them.
14.6 If the client ordered the wrong product by mistake or changed their mind after the order has been sent, we can refund them the cost of the product after they send the product back to us, but they will need to cover the cost of shipping fees.
14.7 Our deshedding products have been tested and can last for over 60,000 strokes, we assure our b2c clients that the Refuresh deshedding brushes would last for over 5 years (per pet). If any damage is caused during use of the brush, we will replace a brand new one for the customer, we will also organise shipping to pick up the broken product for R&D purposes for future improvement.
