The Husky

Huskies usually shed their fur twice a year before the season's change. This is known as “blowing their coat” and happens during spring and autumn.

In preparation for summer, a Husky will shed its winter coat to keep them cool during the warm months. Similarly, it will shed its summer coat in preparation for the cold months ahead. 

Their coat is one of their most distinctive features that allows them to survive in such chilly conditions. Not only does their fur look beautiful, but it also acts as an excellent insulator, keeping them cozy and warm.
